I enjoyed Season 1 of True Blood and only three episodes in, I have to admit Season 2 is already holding a soft spot in my heart, largely due to the increased role of Alexander Skarsgard's character, "Eric." Maybe it's the loss of his circa 1994 Kurt Cobain locks, but I'm really enjoying his Viggo Mortensen in a tracksuit vibe. It's obvious the dreamy flaxen-haired apple doesn't fall far from the tree ( dad is actor Stellan Skarsgard,). In an ensemble cast rife with overacting and bad dialects, his cool Nordic delivery easily sets him apart from the rest.
