"This Is It"

I was sad to hear about Farrah, but MJ is downright shocking. I was trying to think about another person whose celebrity was as internationally larger than life. Madonna was the only person that really came to mind. We're inundated with the "Bravo-lebrities" and 14 year-old starlets, but who could replace these two? I overheard someone saying "I think I had Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson on my wall at the same time."  It makes me sad to see that talent has become so irrelevant in our idol worship.
